How to Use Filters in the ChargePoint App
Filters in the ChargePoint app make it easy to find charging stations that meet your needs. You can filter for available stations, fast chargers, stations that are free to use, stations that work with your EV and more. Here’s how to use filters to find the EV charging spots you need.
Get the ChargePoint app, available for iPhone and Android, and sign up or log in to your account.
Tap the filter icon at the top of the screen.
Choose the filters you need, including station availability, price, charging speed, connector type and more.
The My EV filter shows stations that are compatible with the vehicle listed. If the right vehicle isn’t showing, open the main menu, choose Account and open My EV to add vehicle info or change your primary vehicle.
To change all of the filters in place, select Clear All Filters at the bottom of the filters screen and choose your new filters.
